Audited financials for the last three FYs (consolidated and per-desk), the project pipeline with commitment dates, contingent liabilities, the partner cap-table, capex plan, and the segment-level cash-conversion cycle. We do not redact unless legally required, and we say so when we do.

A 30-minute call, then the data room.
Email ir@miyagroupbd.com with a short note on what you're looking for. We respond within 48h with a calendar link for an introductory call — the Chairman or COO joins it personally. If both sides want to proceed, an NDA goes out the same week and the data room opens 48h after countersignature.
