Engagement terms

Miya Consultancy provides counselling, application engineering, visa-file preparation, and embassy liaison. We do not provide legal representation in immigration appeals — for that, we partner with licensed immigration solicitors and disclose the partnership.

Fees are milestone-tied. Refunds are available against unrendered milestones up to file submission. Post-submission, fees are non-refundable but no further fees are owed if the visa is refused.

We never hold tuition capital. Tuition is paid directly by the sponsor to the university's official account.

We do not guarantee admissions or visa outcomes. We do guarantee process integrity, transparent communication, and a written rationale for every decision we recommend.
