How we handle your data

Academic transcripts, English-test scores, sponsor financial documentation, and identification documents required for the visa and admissions process.

We do not retain biometric data, do not sell or share any client data with third parties for marketing, and do not use client profiles for AI model training of any kind.

Active client files are retained until two years after visa stamping or final outcome. After that window, financial documentation is purged; identity and outcome records are retained for regulatory compliance.
